Robin Root is the Vice President of Operations at ActiGraph overseeing customer deliverables and support for ActiGraph pharma-based clients to ensure we provide excellent technology and customer service.

Robin believes the most important aspect of operations is treating our clients as a partner versus a customer. Continuously listening to our client’s needs is the most effective way to learn, grow and, most importantly, meet our client’s expectations.

Robin joined ActiGraph in March 2021 and has more than 16 years of data management and technology experience in the clinical research industry. She began her career in this space at Kendle International Inc. as the Global Director of Data Technology, then PPD Inc. and most recently at OmniComm Systems as the VP of Operations.

Robin holds two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Biology and one in Environmental Science, as well as a Master in Information Systems degree from Northern Kentucky University.
