Brian Bell is the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at ActiGraph and works to develop and drive product compliance with global Medical Device and Data Privacy regulations.

Brian led the upgrade of ActiGraph's quality management system to achieve certification to the ISO 13485:2016 standard for medical devices under the MDSAP audit model. He also heads ActiGraph's data protection program to ensure ActiGraph's controls for information security and data privacy comply with applicable regulations including GDPR and HIPAA.

Brian has also worked to develop ActiGraph's verification and validation processes for computerized systems, based on his career background in software engineering and information systems.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville.

Brian believes the great things are accomplished when a group of people having a diverse set of skills work together as a team toward a clearly defined goal. The atmosphere of heightened focus and team accountability creates more energy and better results.
